Hypertech 42003 Review: Hypertech 42003 Max Energy Power Programmer for 2004-09 ford Gas F150/250/350/Exped/Lincoln Navigator and Mark LT. I didn't see much of a power gain as I did fuel economy, it increased my fuel economy from 14 mpg to 18 mpg. I highly recommend it if your wanting to save gas but also gain a little HP. 3 ...
