This printer has a nasty habit of dying from paper jams, and then giving you "CALL SERVICE" messages with no explanation. We had to pay $200 for service once because the printer erased it own firmware after a jam.Another time we got a call service error, which would have cost us another $200 service call, but I managed to find a solution on the 'net (opening the printer, and just tapping a the side of the drum a few times).Kyocera provides almost no useful support.
